La ceremonia tendrá lugar el 2 de Diciembre en Moscú.

El Expert Council Prize, consiste en que los jefes de discográficas y distribuidores, se encontrará el 20 de noviembre para traer el resultado final, que será publicado después de la lista oficial de candidatos. Se conocerán los nombres de los ganadores sólo en la ceremonia de premios "Rekord" el 2 de diciembre. "
